By accessing or using our website or pre-launch version of RFPdog, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pre-Launch Nature of the Product

RFPdog is currently in a pre-launch / beta stage. Features may change, break, or become unavailable without notice.

You understand that:

  • The service may have bugs
  • Data may not be permanently stored
  • AI responses may be inaccurate
  • Features described on the website may not be fully deployed yet

You use the pre-launch product at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You retain ownership of:

  • Uploaded RFP files

You grant us a temporary license to process your files for the purpose of operating the platform.

By signing up, you agree to receive:

  • Beta announcements
  • Onboarding messages
  • Product improvements & offers

You can unsubscribe anytime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • We discontinue the pre-launch version

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" during pre-launch.

We disclaim all warranties, including:

9. Limitation of Liability
